1. 30-Day Returns (Change of Mind)

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection confirms eligibility.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, improper handling, or missing components.


2. Warranty Coverage (12 Months)

All Zennest products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Material failures

  • Leakage or structural issues caused by product fault

What is NOT covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow instructions

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage after use

  • Damage caused by external force, modifications, or improper storage

Warranty Claims

  • Customers must contact us with a description of the issue and supporting evidence (photos or videos).

  • If the claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

    • Repair the product

    • Replace the defective part or product

    • Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not feasible

Return shipping for approved warranty claims will be handled according to the specific case and local regulations.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Items returned outside the stated return period

  • Products returned without prior authorization
