Where we ship from
Although our administrative office is located in Hamburg, Germany, we ship U.S. orders from multiple U.S. inventory locations to ensure fast delivery.

Fulfillment partner
Some orders are fulfilled using Amazon’s Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) service. Your parcel may arrive in Amazon packaging or show Amazon logistics details. This is normal.
