Try your Zennest tub for 30 days from delivery.

Used returns are accepted when the tub is drained, fully dried, returned with all included parts, and free from punctures, misuse, avoidable damage, or missing items.

Contact us before returning it. We will provide the approved return instructions and prepaid return label. Refund processing begins after the carrier records the first return scan and is completed within five business days.
