Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us and we’ll help.

Returns window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in original packaging (if applicable).
• Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons. Any exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.

How to start a return
1) Email Bozorg@benja-gruppe.de with:
   • Order number
   • Item(s) you want to return
   • Reason for return
   • Photos (required for damaged/defective items)
2) We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address.

Return address
IMPORTANT: Do not send returns to our administrative office unless we explicitly confirm it in writing.
Returns must be sent to the address provided in your return authorization email (this may be a U.S. returns center depending on the item).

Return shipping costs
• If you received a damaged/defective item or we made an error, we will cover return shipping or provide an alternative solution.
• For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund timing: typically 5–10 business days after approval (processing times vary by bank/card provider).

Exchanges
If you need an exchange, contact us at Bozorg@benja-gruppe.de and we will advise the fastest option (replacement, exchange, or refund/reorder).

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
• the item
• the packaging
• the shipping label

Order cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to cancel and you may need to follow the return process.
